FAQS/ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have been in the gift basket business for over 25 years (formerly "BUNDLES" and More...) and while we offer fantastic gifts for babies, we offer quality, affordable & beautiful gift baskets for all ages and occasions. Whether you need an individual personalized gift or our special deluxe gift packages for baby, we will send out a gift that you will be proud to give. We are experts in design, packaging and presentation!

ERRORS:  If we make an error in the personalization of your gift item, we will replace the item at no charge. We must be notified within 5 days after receipt of your order. We may ask you to return the item.

If you made an error on your order and want us to re-order it for you, we will offer you a 20% courtesy discount. **You must notify us of the error with 5 days of receiving your item.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER: Once your gift order goes into production, chances are that we can not cancel it and refund you.  We will do everything possible to try to cancel the order for you but once our factories begin production on an item, they will NOT be able to cancel the order for us.

RESPONSIBILITY:  You are responsible for the order you send to us so please look over the details very carefully before submitting your order. We will personalize exactly what we see on your order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information that you have entered. REFUNDS: Sorry, we can not take back personalized items. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances once the item has been submiitted to the factory. 

ORDER CHANGES: We are only able to change or stop an order which we have not been sent out to be produced. Once an order has been sent to the factory, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. You will be charged for the original order as it was submitted to us so please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. 

PAYMENT: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover  Money orders or personal checks will be accepted with phone orders, but payment must be received before the product can be ordered at our factory! Prices Subject to Change without Notice. All Sales are final. All prices and payments are in U.S dollars. Illinois deliveries will pay a 7.5% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free. 

PRODUCTION TIME: Each order is individually personalized with care BUT TAKES TIME! Please allow us the required time needed to produce your order. We suggest to order early to avoid holiday and other seasonal delays. Production time for each product on our site is listed in the product description. If there is something you need on a specific date we suggest you email or call us to see if we can accommodate your request. We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstance. Production times are only estimates and although 99% of our orders do ship in a timely manner, there may be situations which occur on your order that affect the shipping time. 

SHI We ship your order with reputable carriers including UPS, FEDEX and USPS. Standard delivery is in addition to any production time stated and generally requires 3-8 business or working days for your order to reach its U.S. destination. 

We are not able to ship internationally at this time however, Some items may be able to ship to Canada. There will be extra shipping to do so.  Once the order is received, we will get you a quote.  Your order will remain on HOLD until the extra shipping is charged and approved by you!

 We charge for regular ground delivery based on the WEIGHT OF THE ITEM AND ZONE IT IS SHIPPING TO.  We do not require a signature for delivery; however, we are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home. We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us. If a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will need to recharge for the delivery to resend it again. 

SHIPPING PRICES: Since our products are drop shipped directly from the factories where they are produced, every product may have a different cost to ship since they come form all different states and they all range in delivered weight.   The shipping cost is clearly stated on each product description.
