Each item we select must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
*Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
*If you have any questions before you place the order, please call or email us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
*We are only able to change or stop an order which we have not been sent out to be personalized. Once your order leaves for our factory, no changes or cancellations can be made.
*You will be charged for the original order as it was submitted to us so please check your order very carefully prior to sending it to us.

*We accept Master Card, Visa, & American Express.
* Money orders or personal checks will be accepted with phone orders, but payment must be received before the product can be ordered at our factory!
*If you are on account with us already or have been an existing customer, we can send a bill to you and we will accept your check.
*All new customers however must send payment at the time of placing the order.

*Illinois deliveries will pay a 7.5% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free.
