OUR GUARANEE AND RETURN POLICY:

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each item we select must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

*Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

*If you have any questions before you place the order, please call or email us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

 CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:

*We are only able to change or stop an order which we have not been sent out to be personalized. Once your order leaves for our factory, no changes or cancellations can be made.

*You will be charged for the original order as it was submitted to us so please check your order very carefully prior to sending it to us.

*Use our CONTACT US FORM or email us to notify us of changes about your order.

 PAYMENT:

*We accept Master Card, Visa, & American Express.

* Money orders or personal checks will be accepted with phone orders, but payment must be received before the product can be ordered at our factory!

*If you are on account with us already or have been an existing customer, we can send a bill to you and we will accept your check.

*All new customers however must send payment at the time of placing the order.

*Prices Subject to Change without Notice.

*All personalized sales are final.

*All prices and payments are in U.S dollars.

*Illinois deliveries will pay a 7.5% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free.
 

 

PRODUCTION TIME:

Each order is individually personalized with care BUT TAKES TIME! Please allow us the required time needed to personalize your order. We suggest to order early to avoid holiday and other seasonal delays. *Production time for each product on our site is listed in the product description.

*If there is something you need on a specific date we suggest you email or call us to see if we can accommodate your request.

*We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstance. Production times are only estimates and although 99% of our orders do ship in a timely manner, there may be situations which occur on your order that affect the shipping time.

RESPONSIBILITY:

*You are responsible for the order you send to us so please look over the details very carefully before submitting your order.

*We will personalize your gift item exactly what you have typed on the order.

*We can not responsible for missing or incorrect information that you have entered.

ERRORS:

We hope there is never an error in the personalization of your gift! But sometimes it happens.. If we have made the error in the personalization of your gift item, we will replace the item at no charge however we must be notified within 5 days after receipt of your order. Please check your item as soon as you get it! We may ask you to return the item.

*Now it the error was your fault and want us to re-order it for you, we will offer you a 20% courtesy discount. Again, please notify us as soon as possible, we must know within the first 5 days after receiving your order.

SHIPPING PRICES:

Most items will cost between $6.95 and $30.00 depending on the weight and size of the item.
Our products are drop shipped directly from the factories where they are produced so if you ordered multiple items they may ship from factories all over the US and you may have individual shipments.

**The shipping fee will be automatically calculated when you check out.

*If you are ordering 2 or more items our system may figure the shipping charge for each item. In some cases, if you are ordering multiple items and they are shipping from the same factory to you, the online system charge may be too high. In this case, we will evaluate your shipping charge & contact you to lower the shipping amount on your order

*If you are concerned about the price for your shipping, please email us and we will be happy to re-evaluate the shipping charges on your order.

*We do not add handling fees to our shipping prices or do not mark up the shipping prices!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

*Each factory we work with may use a different reputable carrier including UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.

*Standard delivery generally requires 2-5 working (business) days for your order to reach its U.S. destination. This is in addition to the time stated on the product info for the factory to make & personalize your order.
*We are not able to ship internationally at this time! (Sorry, No shipments to Canada)

*We do not require a signature for delivery; however, we are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home.

*We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us.

*If a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will need to recharge for the delivery to resend it again.
