PARTY RESERVATION FORM

To Reserve a Party Date:... 

*Party dates can be applied for starting April 1st of each year. You must be a paid beach member for the year   at the time of your party reservation. 

*Party dates are confirmed as we receive your completed application and we receive your 2 checks. 

*Dates will be updated on the beach website www.maimanslakesidemanor.com as soon as possible but you      can also check the bulletin board at the beach for the monthly schedule of private and association parties. 

*In fairness to all members, a member can only reserve the beach for one day per weekend and no  consecutive days.  

* Only 1 party per day can be scheduled.  If you need a date that has already been taken, you can contact the   person who has that scheduled date and ask them if they will share the beach.  The answer if up to them! 

*Email reservations are accepted and you will be entered on the schedule as a“TENTATIVE DATE” and will not  be confirmed until your completed application and your 2 checks have been received. 

*If we should get another request for the SAME party date, you will be contacted and will have first right to  that party date.  We urge you to please fill out your application and turn it in as soon as you can. 

 

*TWO CHECKS ARE NEEDED TO RESERVE YOUR PARTY DATE: 

    * One for $25.00 and one for $75.00  both made out to: 

       MAIMAN’S II ASSOCIATION. 

    *The $25.00 fee allows for use of the gas grill with propane and the stereo. 

    *The other check of $75.00 will be returned to the member the following  

     day if beach property is cleaned  up by 9:00 am.  All garbage must be in

     the tables must be clean, any food or garbage on the ground must be     

     swept or picked up. Any equipment must be put back in the shed and 

     the door to the shed MUST be locked before you leave.       

   **The deposit will be kept if the beach is in unsatisfactory condition**

 

Party Rules... 

*Party groups will be limited to 100 guests.  Remember, all regular members must be able to use the beach. 

*Shelter area must be made available for all to use.  It is to be shared by party goers and association members. 

*Party groups must set up their tables on the north side of the shelter, not in the shelter. 

*NO GLASS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED AT THE BEACH 

*MUSIC CAN ONLY BE PLAYED TILL 10 PM 

*We will have the shed open for you the morning of your party.  The lock on the shed MUST be LOCKED after your party. 

*You will have access to the ice table..You will need to provide your own ice. 

*You must provide your own cups, plastic ware etc.  Those items located in the shed are NOT for private party use.

**In signing this waiver, I/we hereby assume all responsibilities of the above 

mentioned rules and regulations.  Furthermore, I/we as members understand that 

we are responsible in making sure that our guests follow ALL of the Beach 

Associations Rules & Regulations.
